Our Story
Scrubs & Sanctuary was created from a deep respect for nurses and the emotional, physical, and human weight they often carry.
Nurses spend so much of their lives supporting others through vulnerable, meaningful, and difficult moments. Scrubs & Sanctuary is being built as a softer place for nurses to pause, reflect, reconnect, and feel supported.
Our work is rooted in a simple belief: nurses deserve spaces that care for the person behind the scrubs.

The name Scrubs & Sanctuary reflects both the work nurses do and the kind of space we hope to create.
“Scrubs” represents the calling, skill, compassion, and daily reality of nursing.
“Sanctuary” represents a place to breathe, reflect, reconnect, and be cared for.
Together, Scrubs & Sanctuary is a reminder that nurses are more than their shifts, roles, responsibilities, and hard days. They are whole people who deserve support, rest, community, and renewal.
